Imagine Dragons：Mercury Act 1-02 Lonely 中文試翻

心血來潮逛一下美國排行榜 順便更新一下我的歌單

對Imagine Dragons的印象一直是Demons、Radioactive、Believer

還有當年看LOL世界賽的Warriors 其他歌曲我就不太熟悉了

主唱聲音的厚度我很喜歡 爆發力十足 

一開始我只聽high歌 後來發現抒情歌也超級好聽

Mercury Act 1 我自己翻作墨丘利 第一幕 專輯包含了內在掙扎與外顯侵略兩個面向 

名稱取自Mercurial(反覆無常的情緒) 代表Dan自身的心理健康還有樂團難以歸類在任一流派的特質

歌曲談論了愛、失去、孤單、悲傷 但同時又讚頌了生命

Dan說在過去三年經歷了婚姻的復合及親友的離世 讓他更珍惜身邊的一切

他認為藝術的意義在於分享黑暗及光明的時刻 儘管有些歌在敘述失落 他還是希望能有快樂的結局 就算是一些簡單的小事 卻能讓他重拾快樂並展望未來

專輯製作人Rick Robin也鼓勵他將內心難受的部分直接表達出來 抒情歌不需要那麼多隱晦

「Rick提醒我過去十年粉絲是和我一起成長的，而且不僅想和我一起，更期待能看到我成長。他說你不需要擔心用這種"不舒服"的感覺去推動歌迷。我想如果我試圖去再現過往或粉飾現下，那我是真的在傷害歌迷們。我欠他們脆弱的一面和誠實以對。」

註釋：

1. Dan患有憂鬱症，樂團過去活動暫停也是為了好好讓他的身心都能獲得治療。(很特別的是，他為了抵抗疾病開始健身。)
2. 把每一天當成自己的一生來度過，而非僅僅是人生中的一天，如此你能更專注於當下，痛苦的情緒或許也會少一點點。

如同開頭所說 這是首談論內心孤獨面的歌曲 敘述了焦慮情緒發作時的感受 在這樣的狀況仍試著正常工作與生活 由於歌詞提到了陪伴 所以我認為對Dan來說 家人或是好朋友們的陪伴 是治療憂鬱症最關鍵的因素

其實我本來是要發Dull Knives的 但歌詞讓我有點共鳴與擔憂 所以花了點時間去了解創作背景

整理完後決定先翻Lonely 沒意外的話還會翻個3~5首
