註釋：

1. 這裡將自己與負面情緒對峙的過程比喻為摔角，雙方隨時都有可能把對手打趴在地，倒是trying to make amends again有點難倒我，我的理解是現在很多摔角都是表演性質(例如WWE)，可能今天在場上不小心下手太重，表演結束後需要跟對手致意一下，而我們陷入低潮時往往會影響到周遭的人，當你好不容易戰勝憂慮，還得向當初被你傷害、為你擔心的人們賠不是。
2. band在這裡可以看做是借代修辭，不一定單純在講樂隊，例如有時候我們出席了某些熱鬧的場合，會忽然覺得自己格格不入，然而周遭的人一點都不會察覺。
3. 前兩次是以I'm lucky I know作結尾，這段則開始變成take it slow，代表心境上的轉折，焦慮情緒無可避免，最好的方式就是面對它、與它和平共處。
4. 人陷入憂慮時，會不由自主想到一堆負面的事情，而且會無限擴張，這時候總會希望這悲觀的情緒能快點滾出腦袋裡。

Sometimes是我去年在亞洲巡迴演出時寫下的歌。處理自身的焦慮情緒讓我過了滿糟糕的一天，而我找到讓這個症狀好轉的方法。為了讓自己冷靜下來，我開始在飯店的房間寫歌，音樂一直以來都像這樣幫助著我。
對我而言，這首歌是關於接受那些不愉快的日子，並嘗試保持樂觀正向。"We all get lost sometimes"(我們有時候會迷失方向)

希望你們能喜歡。

認真地說，我生命中大部分時間都在和焦慮問題共處。現在仍有時候會感到低落，但這幾年我透過認知行為治療讓自己比較能掌握它了。
我在這裡主要想說的是，坦率面對這些問題，並適時尋求協助是很重要的事情。
